Dear all, I booked hotel badiyal Hawali (Jaipur) for the 9th December 2010. When I reached the hotel I noted that is was a very dirty place still under construction and was very reluctant to enter the place with my wife as the hotel reception was at the back of the building! The first room given to me was very dirty and even the windows would not close. I could see sand all around in the room as construction was going on.
